With too much water on the other hand, the plant will drown. The Plant Knows
Who else would know how much water it needs than the plant itself? Unless, you’re high, you don’t have to talk to your plant, just look at its leaves and touch them. If they look healthy but feel firm are bent, you’re overwatering. The leaves are bent because there’s too much water to hold. If they feel crisp, weak, and are drooping, that means it’s not getting enough water. Simply adjust accordingly and do it a gradual increase or decrease in watering.
The Soil Knows
The soil will tell you if it’s time to water, again, unless you’re high, it won’t speak directly so look at it and touch it. If it’s still damp and wet, just let it be. When it feels dry, then it’s time to pour on some water but make sure that you don’t flood the pot where the pot is. Flooding will weaken its roots. Another good thing to do is to spray some water on its leaves and branches if you’re growing them indoors. This will make the plant feel as if it’s raining. This is a form of exercise for the plant to strengthen its physical structure.
Use Pure for the Purest
If you want pure marijuana, you’re marijuana also wants pure water. Seasoned growers have found that distilled drinking water is best for growing. If you don’t have the budget, simply use tap water but let it sit overnight to let the chlorine and other impurities dissipate.
